Cancellation Policy
How to cancel orders and close your account with Fast Testers. No subscriptions — each purchase is a single $15 payment per app.

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel orders and close your account with Hassil LLC (Fast Testers). We provide one-time app testing services — we do not operate subscription or recurring billing models. Please read this policy alongside our Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions.

1. No Recurring Subscriptions
Fast Testers operates on a pay-per-app model. Each purchase is a one-time payment of $15 USD per app submitted for testing. We do not offer subscription plans, recurring billing, or automatic renewals.
You will never be charged again unless you voluntarily submit another app for testing. There are no monthly fees, annual fees, or hidden recurring charges of any kind.
Because there are no subscriptions, there is nothing to "cancel" in the traditional subscription sense. This policy explains how you can cancel individual orders and close your account.
2. Order Cancellation Before Testing Begins
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if you request cancellation before we have assigned testers to your app. We typically begin tester assignment within 6 hours of payment confirmation.
To cancel an order before testing begins, email contact@fasttesters.com with the subject line "Order Cancellation" and include your app package name and the email address associated with your Fast Testers account.
If testers have already been assigned to your app, the testing service is considered in progress and the order cannot be cancelled. At that point, our Refund Policy applies only under the conditions described in our Production Access Guarantee.
We will confirm your cancellation request within 1–2 business days. Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days via Stripe.
3. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
- Once the testing period has started (testers have been assigned and your app testing link is active), the order cannot be cancelled because our testers have committed time and resources to your project.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after the 14–16 day testing period has been completed, regardless of the outcome of your Google Play submission.
- Partial cancellations or refunds for partially completed testing periods are not available. Our service is delivered as a complete package.
- If you believe your order was placed in error after testing has begun, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
4. Cancellations vs. Refunds
Cancellation applies when you stop an order before service delivery begins. A full refund is issued automatically upon approved cancellation.
Refunds after service delivery are governed by our separate Refund Policy and are available only under our Production Access Guarantee — when Google Play rejects your app after you have completed the full testing period and met all eligibility criteria.
These are two distinct processes. Cancellation is for orders not yet started; refunds are for completed services that did not achieve the guaranteed outcome.
5. Account Closure
You may close your Fast Testers account at any time by emailing contact@fasttesters.com with the subject line "Account Closure Request."
Account closure does not automatically cancel active testing orders. If you have an order in progress, the testing service will continue until completion unless you separately request order cancellation (subject to the rules above).
Upon account closure, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records).
Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund for any completed or in-progress orders.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at contact@fasttesters.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and may delay resolution of your concern.
All payment disputes are processed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable payment network rules.
