Fast Testers is a professional app testing service operated by Hassil LLC that helps Android developers meet Google Play Store's closed testing and production access requirements.

We assign 14 professional testers to evaluate your app over a 14–16 day testing period. Our standard service fee is $15 USD per app, charged as a one-time payment with no recurring subscriptions.

Welcome to Fast Testers, a service operated by Hassil LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Hassil LLC.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

• "Services" refers to the app testing and quality assurance services provided by Hassil LLC through the Fast Testers platform, including but not limited to professional app testing, feedback collection, and production access support.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Services, including developers who submit apps for testing and testers who participate in testing programs.
• "App" refers to any mobile application submitted to Fast Testers for testing purposes.
• "Testing Period" refers to the 14-16 day duration during which assigned testers evaluate and test a submitted app.
• "Production Access Guarantee" refers to our commitment to provide a full refund if Google Play rejects your app after completing our testing service.

Fast Testers provides professional app testing services designed to help developers meet Google Play Store's testing requirements for production access.

Our core service includes assigning 14 professional testers to evaluate your app over a 14-16 day testing period. Testers will install, use, and provide feedback on your application.

Testers are assigned instantly after you submit your app for Google Play Closed Testing, though onboarding may vary slightly based on demand and app complexity.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any app that contains illegal content, malware, or violates Google Play Store policies.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You must have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Our Services are intended for developers and businesses seeking Google Play testing compliance. You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction when using our Services.

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

• You agree not to submit apps that contain illegal content, malware, spyware, or material that violates Google Play Store policies or applicable laws.
• You agree not to use our Services to test apps designed to deceive users, impersonate other apps, distribute spam, or engage in fraudulent activity.
• You agree not to attempt to circumvent our payment system, abuse our refund or guarantee policies, or use our platform for any purpose other than legitimate app testing.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our platform, systems, or other users' data.
• Violation of this Acceptable Use policy may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any fees paid, without refund.

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Google Play Closed Testing begins once testers are assigned to your app — instantly after submission.

You are responsible for providing a valid Google Play closed testing link and ensuring your app is accessible to testers throughout the testing period.

Our service is considered delivered once the full 14–16 day testing period has been completed and testing results have been made available in your account dashboard.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect testing links, app unavailability, Google Play policy changes, or factors outside our reasonable control.

• Our standard service fee is $15 per app, charged as a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges or hidden fees.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
• Payment is required in full before testing services commence. No partial payments or installments are accepted.
• Prices are subject to change with notice. Any price changes will apply to new orders only and will not affect existing orders.
• All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Currency conversion charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the user.

Fast Testers does not operate subscription or recurring billing. Each purchase is a one-time payment per app.

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if you request cancellation before testers have been assigned to your app. See our Cancellation Policy for full details and instructions.

Once testers have been assigned and the testing period has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds after service delivery are governed by our Refund Policy and Production Access Guarantee only.

To request a cancellation, email contact@fasttesters.com with the subject line "Order Cancellation" and include your app package name and account email.

We offer a Production Access Guarantee: if Google Play rejects your app after you have completed our full testing service, we will provide a full refund of the $15 service fee.

To qualify for the guarantee, you must have completed the full testing period and addressed all critical feedback provided by our testers.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the testing period completion and must include the Google Play rejection notice.

This guarantee does not apply to apps rejected due to policy violations, content guideline breaches, or issues unrelated to testing requirements.

All content, features, and functionality of our website and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Hassil LLC.

You retain all intellectual property rights to your app. We do not claim any ownership or rights to your app, code, or content submitted for testing.

Our testers agree to maintain confidentiality regarding your app and its contents. However, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality and recommend not submitting apps containing highly sensitive trade secrets.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to distribute your app to assigned testers for the sole purpose of conducting testing services.

• Fast Testers provides testing services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that our services will result in Google Play approval.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from your use of the Services.
• We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hassil LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your app content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our Services will result in Google Play approval or production access. Google Play's review decisions are made solely by Google and are outside our control.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@fasttesters.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from account termination.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at contact@fasttesters.com and attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.

If negotiation fails, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to bring any claim individually and not as part of a class action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, United States.

Our Services are available worldwide to Android app developers aged 16 and older. You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including Google Play Developer Program policies and export control regulations.

We do not provide services for apps containing illegal content, malware, gambling where prohibited, adult content without proper age gates, or apps that violate intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any app that violates applicable law or platform policies.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Sales tax or VAT may apply depending on your location and will be shown at checkout where required by law.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms of service and privacy policy available at stripe.com/legal.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hassil LLC regarding the Services.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
